A short 5 minutes drive will take you into the small coastal resort of La Mamola which has bars/restaurants, supermarkets, bank, Doctors, chemist, bakers, fishmongers hardware store & gift shops.

There is a parking bay in the underground carpark of the building.

Our apartment is in a modern block built to a high standard. It has two twin bedrooms with all bed linen, and built-in wardrobes.
A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a granite worktop. It has a full complement of crockery, implements cutlery etc.
The bathroom has toilet, bidet, hand basin and bath with shower.
The large living room has English television including SKY TV, dining area with table and four dining chairs it also has two bed settees which will sleep four extra people if required.
Through the patio doors is the terrace which overlooks the sea it has a table and four chairs for outdoor eating
The apartment is on the third floor and is reached by two lifts and a sloping ramp which would be helpful for access by wheelchair.
The front door opens onto the promenade so it couldn’t be nearer the beach.
£250 per week except August which is £350.
This includes everything including a small welcome pack all bed linen laundry and services of Christine and Christopher Martin our agents who live there, they are a very helpful couple who I know will help you as much as they can.
There are no extra charges no matter how many guests are staying. The apartment can hold 4 people in single beds and an additional 4 in two bed settees. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as a basic welcome pack (containing bread, milk, toilet rolls etc.)
